Shipping Policy
Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse.
If your order is a custom order (monogramming, letter patches, etc.) Please expect longer processing times for your order. We strive to be as quick as possible to get your order out to you!
We are NOT responsible for any delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping, International Duties or Customs Charges, Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact the appropriate carrier.
Return Policy
Any returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items will be accepted for store credit only. Any return must be handled within 30 DAYS from the day your order shipped out.
Any damaged items must be handled with us within 3 DAYS of delivery of the item.
No refunds or returns will be accepted on any custom or final sale products. The following items will not be accepted on any return: any monogrammed items, stickers, final sale items, or any custom products.
If you are shipping a return back to us, you are responsible for paying for shipping on the item to get back to us. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you ship your item for us to issue you a gift card.
